As part of the Career Days of the Department of Forest Industry Engineering, Faculty of Forestry, Isparta University of Applied Sciences, a talk featuring Mr. Erkan KALAFAT, Chairman of the Board of the Wood Association (AHŞAPDER), as guest speaker was held on October 5, 2026, at our Faculty's Conference Hall.
At the event, organized with the participation of Department of Forest Industry Engineering students, Mr. KALAFAT shared his knowledge and experience with our students, offering insights on the "Broken Windows Theory." The talk, which aimed to contribute to our students' personal and professional development, included presentations intended to raise awareness about professional life.
At the end of the event, Mr. Erkan KALAFAT was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a gift by Dean of the Faculty of Forestry Prof. Dr. Hasan ALKAN in recognition of his participation and contributions. After a group photo, Mr. KALAFAT visited the Dean's Office and presented his book, "Logistics and Warehousing in the Furniture Industry."
