The final-year students of our Faculty's Forest Engineering Department completed their end-of-semester exams within the scope of the Industrial Training (IME) course. After receiving training at the Isparta Regional Directorate of Forestry campus, our students continued their professional training at the Bucak, Burdur, Eğirdir, Gölhisar, and Isparta Forest Enterprise Directorates.
The interview program began with Forestry Faculty Dean Prof.
Dr. Hasan ALKAN conveying his wishes for the students' success. Exam jury
members Prof. Dr. H. Oğuz ÇOBAN, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet S. ÖZÇELİK, Assist.
Prof. Dr. F. Merve NACAKCI, and Assist. Prof. Dr. E. Hatice TIĞLI KAYTANLIOĞLU
evaluated the students' presentations on the experiences they gained during the
IME process as well as their prepared Practical Training Files, and asked
questions about the practices carried out. The evaluations revealed that the
IME process made significant contributions to the development of students'
professional knowledge and skills, and that students were generally satisfied
with the IME process.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our Faculty
Dean Prof. Dr. Hasan ALKAN, Isparta Regional Director of Forestry Ali ÖZDEMİR,
