Together with the management of the Discover the Forest Community—established at the request of the General Directorate of Forestry under the leadership of our Faculty's academic staff and students—we paid a visit to the Isparta Regional Directorate of Forestry. During the visit, we met with Isparta Regional Director of Forestry Mr. Ali ÖZDEMİR, Deputy Regional Director Mr. Hasan ASLAN, and Press and Communications Branch Manager Mr. Orhan AKKAYA. In this productive meeting, in addition to discussing faculty–regional directorate relations, we also addressed our newly established community's upcoming promotional day events and joint projects aimed at instilling a love of nature and forests in society.
We extend our sincerest thanks to the Isparta Regional Directorate of Forestry for their constant support of our Faculty and for their gracious hospitality. On this occasion, we would also like to congratulate Mr. Orhan AKKAYA on taking up his new post as Press and Communications Branch Manager, and we wish him success in his work.
