The Vocational Training in the Workplace (İME) Program of our Department of Forest Engineering began with its first course activity, held on September 14, 2026, in the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.
The opening ceremony, held with the participation of our senior-year
students enrolled in the Vocational Training in the Workplace program, was
attended by Isparta University of Applied Sciences Vice Rector Prof. Dr.
Ramazan ÖZÇELİK, Isparta Forest Regional Directorate Deputy Director Ahmet
KESER, Nature Conservation and National Parks 6th Regional Directorate Deputy
Director Uğur ALTINDAL, Press and Communications Director Orhan AKKAYA,
Information Systems Branch Manager Niyazi BAYRAK, Isparta Forest Enterprise
Director Gökhan KÖK, Isparta Nature Conservation and National Parks Director
Mustafa YALIM, Chamber of Forest Engineers Vice President Sibel KORKMAZ,
Faculty of Forestry Dean Prof. Dr. Hasan ALKAN, vice deans, responsible faculty
members, and our fellow forest engineers.
The event concluded with a group photo taken after the opening remarks.
We wish our students a productive and successful new academic term.
