In line with the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) program, institutional visits were carried out for OEM (Forest Industry Engineering) department stakeholders. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ali VAR, the WIL course coordinator for the OEM Department during the 2025–2026 Academic Year, conducted evaluation visits to partner institutions in April and May to observe students' vocational practice processes within their respective companies firsthand.

Within the scope of the visits, the following companies were visited and examined on-site: KAPRİS MOBİLYA and İSMET ACUN ORMAN ÜRÜNLERİ operating in Isparta; ANKUTSAN A.Ş. and AGT AĞAÇ SANAYİ located in Antalya; and BÜROTİME (Tosun Oğulları Mobilya) based in the Konya region.

During interviews with WIL training personnel, information was gathered regarding students' work processes, the units in which they were assigned, their professional gains, and their adaptation to the business environment. Additionally, institutional recommendations aimed at strengthening university–industry collaboration and ensuring more efficient implementation of the WIL program were evaluated.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the relevant company officials for their valuable contributions and support provided to our students throughout the WIL process, as well as for their constructive approach and hospitality during our inter-institutional collaboration visits.
